Corporate Fundraising
Raising finance at any stage of business development can be a difficult and frustrating process, especially in the current economic climate and with many simplified Government-backed initiatives now closed, it is important that the correct approach is adopted.
We have a strong track record of success in the securing of various elements of corporate funding from both private and public sector sources, in some instances combining the two to provide clients with the means from which to establish, develop, restructure or expand their business.
Our typical Fundraising Mandate structure would incorporate the following:
- Establishing the funding requirements of the business to achieve the objectives of the Mandate
- Evaluating the funding options and advising on the most appropriate funding structure
- Approaching potential providers of funding on behalf of the client
- Attending meetings or otherwise liaising with potential providers of finance and negotiating funding packages in our capacity as corporate finance advisers
- Securing an appropriate funding package
Working with the other members of the client's advisory team as appropriate, reviewing documentation and playing a proactive role in driving the Mandate to completion
We frequently assist our clients in the production of Business Plans, presentation decks, financial projections, corporate research, the writing of bids in support of grant applications and other documentation relevant to the fundraising process.
